Kingdom Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This page sets out the terms that apply to every player at Kingdom. It covers who can play, how bonuses work, how withdrawals are handled and what we need from you to verify your account. It sits alongside, not instead of, our Responsible Gaming and Bonus pages, which go into more detail on those specific topics.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or play any game at Kingdom. Age verification can be requested at any point, not just at withdrawal. By creating an account you confirm that online real-money gambling is legal where you live and that you are accessing Kingdom on your own behalf, not for anyone else. One account per player, per household and per device is permitted. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and any funds handled according to our internal review process.
Bonus Terms
Our welcome package, including bonus funds and free spins on selected pokies, is described in full on the Bonus page. T&Cs apply to every offer we run, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game restrictions and expiry windows. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are separate from your real balance until wagering requirements are met. Withdrawing your real balance while a bonus is active may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, depending on the offer. Always read the specific terms attached to a promotion before opting in, since they can differ from the general rules on this page.
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before becoming withdrawable
- Certain pokies and live tables may contribute less, or nothing, to wagering progress
- A maximum bet size usually applies while wagering requirements are outstanding
- Bonuses left unused past their expiry date are removed from the account automatically
- Multiple accounts, linked devices or bonus abuse can result in forfeiture of bonus winnings
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed once your account is verified and any active wagering requirements are cleared. Payout methods generally mirror your deposit method where possible: PayID and POLi withdrawals are typically the fastest for AUD, while card and crypto payouts (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum) follow their own network and processing timeframes. Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are listed in your account cashier. Large withdrawals can trigger an additional manual review, which may extend processing time. Full details on supported channels sit on our Payments page.
| Factor | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Verification status | Must be complete before first withdrawal is released |
| Method used | PayID and POLi tend to clear fastest for AUD accounts |
| Crypto payouts | Subject to blockchain confirmation times, not just internal processing |
| Pending bonus wagering | Withdrawal requests may be paused until requirements are met |
| Large or unusual amounts | Can trigger additional identity or source-of-funds checks |
Account Verification (KYC)
Standard practice across regulated-style online casinos is to confirm identity, age and payment ownership before releasing withdrawals. At Kingdom this usually means a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used, for example a screenshot of a PayID-linked account or the front of a card with the middle digits hidden. Verification protects your account against fraud and helps us confirm you meet the 18+ minimum age. We may request updated documents periodically or ahead of unusually large withdrawals. Incomplete or unclear documents are the most common reason for delayed payouts, so submitting clear, current files the first time speeds things up considerably.
Fair Play and Game Rules
All pokies, live tables and other titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, BGaming, Booming Games, Playson, Nolimit City and Spribe run on the return-to-player and randomness settings certified by those studios. Kingdom does not alter game outcomes. Results on live dealer tables reflect the physical dealing and shuffling shown on stream. Any suspected technical fault, disconnection or discrepancy should be reported to support with the date, time and game name so it can be investigated against the game round history.
Suspension and Closure
We may suspend or close an account where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, underage play, multiple accounts, or a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to misconduct, such as a self-exclusion request, any verified real-money balance not tied to an active investigation is returned to the player. Details on self-exclusion and deposit limits are covered on our Responsible Gaming page.
Licensing and Legal Entity
Our current licensing details and the registered company name operating this site are published in the site footer. Please check there for the most accurate and up to date information rather than relying on any third-party source.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment options or regulatory guidance relevant to Australian players. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use your account after an update counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
